About the coach
Sophie Ruggles, M.S.
Founder of SoulCourt
Sophie is a former multi-sport collegiate athlete turned mental performance coach with a master’s degree in Sport Psychology. She has worked with athletes ranging from youth to professional levels, as well as teams and organizations seeking to improve performance, leadership, and culture.
Sophie’s coaching style blends evidence-based sport psychology with real-world competitive experience meeting athletes where they are and helping them grow mentally, emotionally, and athletically.
SoulCourt was created to give athletes the tools Sophie wishes she had earlier in her own career.
